Grocery shopping always feels like the most daunting task on the to-do list, but it doesn’t have to be terrible when you have a plan. It’s always smart to bring a list to the grocery store with you, especially when you’re hungry, but do you always use 100% of the ingredients you buy? Be prepared with these healthy snacks that you know will make you want to come back for more:

OverNight Breakfast Oatmeal

You can make this however you would like, just make sure you have rolled oats and a mason jar. Add berries, greek yogurt, and a hint of honey. Put it in your fridge overnight, and eat it for breakfast the next day!
