Grocery shopping can sometimes feel like the most daunting task on the to-do list! This all can be put at ease with a plan. It’s always smart to bring a list to the grocery store with you, especially when you’re hungry (it can be tempting to buy things you don't need). Be prepared with these healthy snacks that will keep you coming back for more:

OverNight Breakfast Oatmeal

Things You Will Need:

- rolled oats

- mason jar.

Add desired berries, greek yogurt (Our Tutoring and Beyond favorite is ' Greek God's Greek Yogurt'), and a drizzle of raw honey.


Place in your fridge overnight. Then like MAGIC you have breakfast.
