Service Description

Our sitters are carefully screened & receive ongoing training to ensure that your child will be safe and sound during their time with our sitter. You will receive their CPR certifications, License, Background checks & any other paperwork you deem fit. Our sitters are all about instilling good behavior habits & being a positive role model for your children. Also, our sitters are available for light cleaning, making meals & helping around the house. Please provide sitters with your child's routines, emergency contact list, medications & food allergies upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of services provided by Tutoring and Beyond LLC must be made 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule and avoid any charges for the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact our team to do so. If it is a last minute emergency, still contact your our team, but also contact us at (623)400-8470. Keep in mind that a 24 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive a full refund for the session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged the full amount for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.
